Need better radios. when doing the practical exercises, use multiple rooms. the radio issues and having too many people in the room caused too much of a distraction.

Then fact that dispatchers were able to participate was extremely valuable . As you know this can be a 2nd languar happen ge and haveing this experience will help if this should eve.

This was a really awesome course. At times as a dispatcher we dont understand what goes on in the field. And as units they dont understand what happens at dispatch. It was an insight for both of us.
