The practical exercises were the most valuable part. This was the first training I've attended with such technology for the exercises. Very helpful.

The entire course was helpful. There was not any one thing that I could say should be cut out as the least valuable.

Very effective course. A lot of information in a short amount of time.

Hands on, not just lecture.

The initial dispatching of the calls, units should not be responding or go "arrived" and go to staging before 5th man is established and staging set.

Fix the dispatching issue I listed above so it aligns with how integrated response really works.
