As a dispatcher, being able to participate in this course was very valuable. Being able to share what happens in the center and learning more of what occurs in the field in this type of incident provided a great exprience which I intend to bring back to my center to share with my co workers.

When discussing field units radio usage, clear - precise - normal talk, insure your field message is heard, listening to radio transmissions is also very important.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Only suggestion would be to spread out the different groups to prevent in-room chatter and radio feedback.

I would like to see a supplemental checklist for Incident Command. Also, it would be beneficial for you to produce short videos that would demonstrate each position (5th Man, Staging, etc.) that students could use as a refresher.
