Concepts of Transporting patient directly from the scene and not utilize a separate triage area unless the incident dictates the need.

As an EMS provider, the Law Enforcement components were nice to know, but some were not necessary. However, having the course structured as it was, demostrates the necessity of a cohesive working relationship between fire, EMS and PD.

Put dispatch in another room. Have all units dispatched and not just the initial units.

Having hands on, interactive practicals was valuable. Clerly the instructors are experts in their field!.

Not an easy answer. The didactic protion followed a crawl, walk, run aspect. I cannot say there is a least valuable aspect.

Excellet, excellent, well trained and educated instructors. Expers in thier fields. We continued to build the entire class.

Additional ASE training. There is limited, though getting more, training for these typs of events in this area.
