I beleive in sims but this sim operation took away from some of the learning due to complexity.

Should include a situation unit with maps and GPS of vehicles positions.

Getting tasked to meanial non important jobs in the scenerio sometimes was disheartening.

It would be more benefical to get to experience all the different roles at an incident.
